Sephora Return Policy and Refunds
Sephora.com accepts returns for items purchased or received as a gift from Sephora. By using the Merchandise Return label, which comes along every online order, return shipping is free.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded, except for the case if the items are being returned for an error made by Sephora.
Product returned within 60 days through the mail will get a full refund to the original credit card from where the order was placed. Items returned from 61 – 90 days from the date of purchase will be refunded in the form of online store credit.
Items purchased through online store credit, eGift Certificate or Sephora Gift Card can only be refunded to online store credit. No returns are accepted for items purchased over 90 days. No exchanged are available by mail.
Return labels are available on the Sephora website which can be printed. The return process can take up to 30 days. Online purchased items can also be returned to any free-standing Sephora store.
You will need to take the credit card which was used to purchase the item from Sephora.com along with summary and return form.
By calling 1-877-SEPHORA gift returns can be arranged and shall be refunded in the form of online store credit.
Items purchased from Amazon.com can be returned and shall get a full refund within 60 days. From day 61 to 90, refunds will be made to online store credit which shall be redeemable by calling 1-877-SEPHORA.
