Ross Return Policy and Refund Policy
Ross customers should hold to their order receipts if they think they may have to request a refund. This is because the retailer’s refund verification system requires to enter receipt number, along with consumer’s valid picture ID at the time of refund.
The refund verification system accepts a limited amount of refunds without a receipt, but these refunds are issued in the form of store credit. The same applies for returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In case the returned product is been used, washed or is damaged in any way, it will not be entertained for refund/exchange. If the item has been purchased using a check, the customer will have to wait for at least five days to get a refund issued.
